As the fire continues to severely impact communities across Maui, this crisis brings into focus how fortunate we are. 100% of the proceeds from The Mahalo { Macadamia-infused Rum, Bourbon, Allspice syrup, Angostura bitters, chocolate covered coffee beans } will be donated to Direct Relief @directrelief

Within hours of the disaster, Direct Relief mobilized resources and personnel, delivering essential medical supplies, hygiene products, and lifesaving equipment.

They are working hand in hand with local healthcare providers and emergency response agencies, ensuring they have the supplies and support needed to care for the injured and those suffering from smoke-related health issues.

Originally established in the 1920s by the Castagnola family, this was once a bustling fish processing plant back. The Castagnola brothers, George, Mario, and Lino, infused their spirit into a thriving seafood venture that reached both San Francisco and Los Angeles. Notably, this spot was frequented by Julia Child herself. Our dining room tables hold a special story - they were all crafted by the skilled artist and contractor, Dan Bush, from a 106-year-old Douglas fir that fell in Oregon, struck by lightning 48 years ago. Salvaged from the forest floor, these tables now stand as a testament to the beauty of nature and exceptional craftsmanship. We're especially thankful for the incredible 23-foot-long communal table built from a single slab of solid wood from the same Douglas fir.
